- All orders are shipped via Canada Post/ Expedited Parcel with a tracking number. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delay in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer. Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post. Kelly's is not responsible for any delays in shipping incurred by Canada Post and its agents. Kelly's is not responsible for the collection or payment of any destination charges, including duties, brokerage fees and taxes. All those charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns & Replacements
- The majority of our stock has been imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. Due to these factors, all Kelly's sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. You may find your product has slight variations. These are expected with any art piece and add to the originality of your figure.
